Terms and conditions for 50% off entry to a top Merlin attraction (“Offer”)

1. The Offer is available between 25th March and 31st May 2019 ("Promotional Period") to all British Gas Rewards members.
2. British Gas Rewards members can benefit from 50% discounted entry on the gate price to participating Merlin attractions, when purchasing tickets online using a unique code from British Gas Rewards.
3. British Gas Rewards members can purchase up to four (4) discounted tickets online using a unique code from British Gas Rewards.
4. The offer is subject to availability and a unique promotional code is issued to you by British Gas Rewards on a first-come, first-served basis. This offer is limited to one British Gas Rewards member per household.
5. Offer is valid at Alton Towers Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort, Thorpe Park Resort, LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Manchester & Birmingham, Warwick Castle, Shrek’s Adventure! 6. We will email a confirmation with full instructions on how to redeem a unique promotional code to your email address which we have on our records for your British Gas Rewards online account.
7. British Gas Rewards members must book online, through the URL link provided, and will be asked to enter their unique code on the attraction booking page to receive the discounted ticket price for up to four tickets to one participating Merlin attraction only.

11. Tickets can be purchased online on the day of visit. Please note, there is a delay of up to 2 hours for your ticket confirmation to be emailed to you after completing your online booking, you must have a valid ticket confirmation email in order to enter the attraction.

Entry is free for children under 3 years of age at Warwick Castle, Thorpe Park Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Alton Towers Resort, The Coca-Cola London Eye, Shrek’s Adventure! London, The Edinburgh and York Dungeons, SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park, Madame Tussauds Blackpool, Madame Tussauds London and The Blackpool Tower Eye. Entry is free for children under 4 years of age at The London Dungeon.
20. Bear Grylls Adventure is suitable for visitors aged 11+ years and visitors 16 years and under must be accompanied by a person 18 years of age. Visitors 12 years and under must be accompanied by a person 18 years of age at Thorpe Park Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort, Alton Towers Resort, Warwick Castle and Weymouth SEA LIFE. Visitors 13 years and under must be accompanied by a person aged 18 and over at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. Visitors 14 years and under must be accompanied by a person aged 18 and over at Madame Tussauds London, The London Dungeon and SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries (including SEA LIFE London Aquarium) and The London Eye. Visitors 15 and under must be accompanied by a person aged 16 years or over at the Edinburgh Dungeon. Visitors 15 and under must be accompanied by a person over the age of 18 at Shreks Adventure! London, The Coca-Cola London Eye, Madame Tussauds Blackpool, The Blackpool Tower Eye and The Blackpool Tower Dungeon. PLEASE NOTE: Whilst there’s no minimum age, we recommend Shrek’s Adventure! London for children aged 6-12 years old.

All of the Attractions reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions and removal of figures for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including overcapacity.
23. Features and/or creatures shown on the online offer are not necessarily available at every Attraction. Any images shown of Madame Tussauds depict wax figures created and owned by Madame Tussauds.
24. Please note that some Attractions operate a chargeable car parking policy including, but not limited to, Chessington World of Adventures Resort, Thorpe Park Resort, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Alton Towers Resort and Warwick Castle.
25. Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and/or attractions.
26. Admission tickets are supplied by Merlin Entertainments Group Limited, whose registered office address is at Link House, 25 West Street, Poole, Dorset, England, BH15 1LD (“Supplier”).
27. Promoter reserves the right to modify, restrict availability, withdraw, replace or discontinue the offer and to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, for any reason, and without prior notification or liability to the Rewards members where it becomes necessary to do so.
28. This offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Any costs incurred by Rewards members in relation to the offer, and any tax liability arising as a result of redeeming the offer are the responsibility of the individual Rewards member.
29. Promoter and Supplier accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of claiming or redeeming the offer. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Promoter and Supplier under law for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury resulting from their negligence.
